Intro to Yoga Workshop

Saturday, July 17th & Sunday, July 18th, 1:30pm to 3:30pm

Deepen your Yoga Practice and strengthen your muscles with this informative workshop, which includes tips and comprehensive Q&A.

This exciting event will explore ways to develop precision and awareness of alignment and encourage body awareness. We will break down the hot yoga series and fully demonstrate each asana. You will flow through practice with ease. (Cost $55)

July Schedule Change

Continue to rise and shine with us from 7am - 8am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Starting July 1st, the 6pm - 7:30 pm Thursday class will change to Vinyasa.

we want to change our pricing a little, in order to allow our friends to devote attention to a certain areas on the body for a certain amount of time. Some people might need to have deep tissue on one shoulder and the rest of the massage needs to be gentle. We will now custom tailor the massage service to the person, and charge just one price. So all 60 minute massages are $60.
