Hot Yoga Alignment Course
Come join Edie and Leeanne on Friday nights from 6-8pm for our Alignment Course This is a 4 week program that starts January 27 and ends February 17th.
Learn step by step the Hot Yoga Series to enhance muscle tone, flexibility and mental well-being. Each posture is taught to prepare you for the regular hot classes. We will discuss each posture with demonstrations and teach you proper alignment. We will also teach modifications to prevent and help with the healing of injuries. If you already have a regular yoga routine this course is great to help you deepen your practice. Cost is $150 This includes the course plus un-limited yoga classes for 30 days. (Pre-registration is required)

Raise Awareness and Support for RAINN!
Hot Yoga and Massage Studio would like to invite you to enjoy 2 hours of Vinyasa with Amber & Heather on Saturday January 21st from 4-6pm. This class will be by donation only. The recommended donation is $15 but please feel free to contribute what you can. All donations will go directly to the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) and as such will be completely tax deductible. RAINN is the nation's largest anti-sexual assault organization. RAINN operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline and carries out programs to prevent sexual assault, help victims and ensure that rapists are brought to justice.

It's easy to forget that our minds and bodies need rest just as much as we need active movement Too much heavy food, not enough sleep, and too many things to do affect not only how we feel day-to-day but can present long-term consequences to our health. Detox and Restore is a guided flow practice suitable for all levels, followed by series of supported, restorative poses that will leave you refreshed and energized.
In this workshop you will:
- incorporate breathing techniques to moderate and soothe the nervous system
- practice fluid movement and breath combinations designed to detoxify
- learn how to properly support the body in restorative poses
