Gentle Hot Yoga Classes
Great for prenatal exercise, injury recovery, and senior citizens!
We are offering a gentle class on Monday and Friday from 2pm to 3pm. The room will be a warm 87 degrees with the humidity hovering around 55% . The class is modified for people with injuries, expecting mothers, senior citizens, and anyone who wants a very relaxing restorative class.
For the hard core yogi who is looking for a great work out this is definitely not the class for you. If you tried the hot yoga and felt it was too hard or too hot, try the gentle class. Sun Salutations have been omitted. We focus on breathing techniques that will allow your body to open so you feel good in every posture. You will leave the class feeling relaxed.
