Dear Darren,
Many new Yoga classes as well as our exciting lineup of stimulating and rewarding Yoga classes are starting. Starting on Monday August 4, we will be offering Vinyasa, a somewhat advanced form of Flowing Yoga. We invite our friends to try this method, where poses flow in sequence from one to another, in conjunction with synchronized breathing. Vinyasa is a remarkably powerful and rewarding workout, and will enhance breathing, as well as your ability for sustained postures. The classes are both 90 and 60 minutes and will be heated. Please visit our website for scheduled classes. We encourage beginners to try the BNB, or even regular Hot Yoga before Vinyasa. |

Athletes Practice Yoga, Too! |
|
Did you know that athletes practice Yoga to improve flexibility, prevent injury and tune their minds-bodies for the upcoming sports season? Many athletic teams (men's and women's) are using Yoga to augment their regular training and in doing so, create a 'Balanced Athlete'. For athletes starting the fall season or for our friends who want to enhance muscle tone, we are adding classes starting August 11. We welcome new athletes to try us out, to get competitive and start focusing mentally. For first time students only-- your introductory week is only $10. As always, click to our website for class schedules.
