Starting on Monday August 4, we will be offering Vinyasa, a somewhat advanced form of Flowing Yoga. We invite our friends to try this method, where poses flow in sequence from one to another, in conjunction with synchronized breathing. Vinyasa is a remarkably powerful and rewarding workout, and will enhance breathing, as well as your ability for sustained postures. The classes are both 90 and 60 minutes and will be heated.
